Being a Hair and Makeup Artist has to be one of the best jobs, I hate to brag but it really is!! From the moment I received the first email, text or call I am part of something so special and individually unique all the same time.
One particular wedding I wanted to talk about is the Beautiful Jenny Palmer. Jenny contacted me via email and we discussed getting a trial arranged in order to discuss and try out the look she wanted to achieve. From the moment I walked in I knew I had a very easy job, Jenny was beautiful inside and out!! The Ideas Jenny discussed with me was something I fell in love with straight away and I was able to envisage a look she wanted to create very easily.
The theme of the day was country-bohemian, the hair and makeup needed to compliment every part of the wedding that Jenny had worked so hard to create. We decided that for herself and her bridesmaids the look need to be natural and effortless whilst looking absolutely beautiful.
On the day of the wedding I arrived at the cottage which was full of friends and family all ready to be pampered!! It was such a lovely atmosphere as soon as I arrived, even though it was a very early start for the girls! One by one the girls were rotated round to have their hair and makeup done whilst enjoying every other bit of the morning. I can honestly say each and every one of them looked absolutely stunning!! (if I don’t say so myself)
I recently got back in touch with Jenny to see if her day was just as special as she was and from the pictures you can see below, you can really see how perfect the day was!!
